Brittany is Vice President at Green Point Property Company. She brings nearly a decade of commercial real estate experience to the firm, with a background rooted in underwriting and investment analysis on behalf of private equity clients throughout the United States.
Prior to Green Point, Brittany led a team of analysts and managed underwriting engagements across industrial, multifamily, office, hotel, mixed-use, and various other asset classes throughout the U.S., totaling in excess of $20B in transaction value.
Brittany earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Florida.
