David is a Partner and co-founder of Green Point Property Company, a Dallas-based industrial real estate developer he launched alongside Jeremy Rydberg in 2021. He brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience spanning construction, acquisitions, and development. His work includes distribution and warehouse facilities, hospitality, retail, multifamily, land development, office, aviation, and data centers.
Prior to Green Point, David led construction, development, and acquisition teams at Beck Group, Hillwood Properties, and Hines Interests.
David earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science/MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
