Jeremy is a Partner and co-founder of Green Point Property Company, a Dallas-based industrial real estate developer he launched alongside David Karr in 2021. He brings nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm, including more than a decade managing value-oriented and development-focused investments on behalf of institutional and private capital partners throughout the United States.
Prior to Green Point, Jeremy managed or advised on retail, multifamily, office, industrial, senior housing, and student housing assets in markets throughout the United States.
Jeremy earned a degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
