LEADERSHIP
Jeremy Rydberg - Partner
Jeremy has 15 years of commercial real estate experience including a decade of investment management experience with fund advisors, family offices, and independent sponsors focused on value-oriented real estate throughout the United States.
In 2019 Jeremy founded Evergreen Asset Management, LLC, a real estate investment consulting firm for family offices. Prior to Evergreen, Jeremy was a Partner at CrownCap Partners, LLC, where he was responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, portfolio oversight, and managing existing debt & equity investments on behalf of CrownCap’s investors. Before CrownCap, Jeremy served as Vice President at Reynolds Outdoor Media and was an Asset Manager at Chief Partners, LP, where he helped steward a portfolio of real estate investments in excess of $1B.
Throughout h is career Jeremy has managed or advised on Retail, Multi-family, Office, Industrial, Senior Housing, Student Housing, and Medical Office assets in various markets throughout the US.
Jeremy graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Economics.
He resides in Dallas with his wife Norell and twin daughters.
David Karr - Partner
David has over 25 years of commercial real estate investment experience including nearly two decades of development and acquisition experience across industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and single-family master-planned communities, aviation, and data center assets
Throughout his career David has acquired, constructed or developed over $2B of commercial real estate.
A tenured executive with Hines, Hillwood Properties, and Beck Group, David has a BS in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MS/MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
He and his family reside in Dallas.
